BIKE-EXPO 2013 pronounced open
The 4th International Fair of Bicycle Industry KIELCE BIKE-EXPO has been formally opened. This year’s edition brings together over 170 companies from 13 countries.
At the opening ceremony Jan Willem Ten Dam, the President of the European Association of the Bicycle “COLIPED” expressed his admiration both for the show and the city of Kielce. The city has been rapidly developing its bicycle route network – It is our joint attempt at European, national and local level to push the cause of bicycle infrastructure development – added Ten Dam.
The opening ceremony also brought together representatives of foreign and domestic most important bicycle institutions, including Piotr Kuropatwiński PhD Vice President of European Cyclists’ Federation, Olivier Schneider Vice President of French Federation of Bicycle Users, Jan Zasada President of Board at Polish Bicycle Association and Roman Bargieł – President of PTTK Polish Tourism and Sightseeing Association. The expo was formally opened by Andrzej Sygut, Deputy Mayor of Kielce
KIELCE BIKE-EXPO show continues until 5th October. This is a B2B exhibition, however the last day of the show, i.e. 5th October is open to the general public.
