The latest piston pump model will be put on display by the WAGNER-SERVICE- technical Services Company at the upcoming edition of the Exhibition of Corrosion Protection Technology and Surface Treatment. The product has been designed to apply thick, anti-corrosion paints. It can also work in most arduous conditions. The maintenance-free, pneumatic motor has been refined - it is characterised with a very low pulsation which provides for a perfect spray quality. The special construction engine proves to be robust and wear and tear resistant.

There is a large cross-section of the paint compartment (up to 300 cm3) coupled with a two-way piston stroke provides for a low piston velocity and a high dynamic pressure. The pump is a perfect choice when abrasive paints, such as paints with zinc powder are applied. The high-diameter inlet valve (45mm) makes it possible for the continuous material in-flow. And it takes just one hammer stroke to dismantle the appliance.

The EXPO-SURFACE is held from 26th to 28th March 2014.
