EDUCATION REIGNS SUPREME IN TARGI KIELCE

The gala inauguration of the Education Forum was graced with the presence of Adam Jarubas - Świętokrzyskie Marshal, Andrzej Bętkowski - Świętokrzyskie Deputy Voivode, Mieczyslaw Tomala - Director of the Education, Prevention and Public Benefit Department, Kazimierz Mądzik, Świętokrzyskie School Superintendent, professor  Jacek Semaniak - Rector of Jan Kochanowski University, professor  Engineer Wiesław Trąmpczyński, Kielce University of Technology Rector and Andrzej Mochoń PhD, Targi Kielce President of Board, professor  WŚ  Zdzisław Ratajek PhD the European Association for Dialogue in Education president.

- Teaching methods, modern technology presence at schools, social context have been the subjects to rapid changes. However constant interest in man's well-being  always remains the essence of education and upbringing - reads the letter to the organizers sent by the  Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education professor Aleksander Bobko.

After the welcome ceremony, the Education Forum guests and participants engaged in the discussion on "Knowledge Society and Schools in the New Technologies World" moderated by professor Maciej Tanaś PhD Hab.

The inauguration of the first European Education Forum - New Technologies & Innovations in Education  is also the start of the Expo of Technologies & Equipment for Education. 70 companies make offers presentations. Multimedia carpets, education-support applications, young people safety in the Internet, interactive whiteboards, smart-design toys, computer assisted education, software designed to manage teachers' work - these are just some examples of the products put on display until Friday in Targi Kielce.
