Triathlon has become more and more popular sports discipline.  It gains publicity and steals the hearts of the healthy lifestyle aficionados.  One of these is Jakub Wesołowski, the actor who has already taken part in numerous cross-country and triathlon competitions.  Preparation, training process and why it is worth fighting with your weaknesses - this will be discussed at the triathlon conference – the debut-event of this year's International Fair of Bicycle Industry Kielce Bike-Expo.

In addition to Wesołowski, triathlon's all the ropes will be revealed by Marcin Konieczny in his presentation "I CANNOT is not an option" — become Ironman World Champion"; Kacper Adam in the lecture "The Olympic vs Ironman?" and Krystyn Lipiarski who will tell the audience how to take care of cycling comfort.  The conference will be complemented with Triathlon Magazinespecialists' advice  on how to choose the right equipment.
