POLAND'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS BODYBUILDING EVENT

Last year, the spectacular championship attracted 2000 people

This weekend almost 300 male and female contestants will proudly present their silhouettes at the Congress Centre's stage  The event programme includes the Polish Championship in Bodybuilding and Fitness, the classic bench press Polish Cup competition as well as 70th anniversary of the Tęcza Sports Club. The two-day event is a qualifying round for the European Championship. 

The 2014 competition attracted more than two thousand-people audience! 

On 18 and April the athletes will be presenting their strengths in the individual category (silhouette fitness and bikini silhouette - women, fitness - men) and in pairs (men's wheelchair bodybuilding, men's classic-style bodybuilding,  women's silhouette, men's silhouette). At the same time the Congress Centre will be the venue for the classic bench press Polish Cup competition organized by the Tęcza Sports Club. The Championships will be accompanied with the exhibition of weight training equipment  and dietary supplements, food products, tracksuits, measuring equipment, machines for aerobic  and cardio & efficiency training and other sports accessories.

The Polish Association of Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting and Olimp Sports Club of Zabrze as well as Tęcza Sports Club are the championship's main organiser. Targi Kielce Congress Centre is the event partner.
