POLISH PREMIERE OF NIXXON STEEL AT STOM-BLECH&CUTTING EXPO

This will be a real novelty. The robotic bending cell SAFAN-DARLEY E-BRAKE MINI CELL was presented to visitors only at the two trade fairs at the end of 2018: in Hanover and in Atlanta.

E-Brake Mini Cell is a compact, fully automatic bending station equipped with a robot capable of handling the maximum load of 25 kg. An electric, 35 tons pressure press and a bending length of 1250 mm comes as a part of the set.  This is an ideal solution for companies which plan to automate the production of small and medium size details. The set can be configured according to the needs of the customer.  A gripper for automatic tool changing as well as 3D programming makes the cell a great choice for diversified production and frequent changes in elements.  Available equipment variants also include: grippers adapted to the customer's products specifications, gripper magazine and automatic gripper replacement system.
