The latest development in the field of burner-integrated welding fumes extraction in line with the Industry 4.0 idea showcased by Kemper - this already in April at the 11th Fair of Metal Processing, Tools and Machine Tools and STOM-TOOL in Targi Kielce
The KEMPER company boasts over 40 years of experience in welding industry products designing and development. The Targi Kielce's Fair of Metal Processing, Tools and Machine Tools STOM-TOOL i sthe stage for the polish premiere of the company's latest developments. VacuFil 125is a compact and mobile high vacuum extraction system used directly with a welding torch. VacuFil 125 offers a big advantage - the automatic adjustment system for the extraction capacity. The system is compatible with the vast majority of burners available on the market and offered by different manufacturers'. The burner types can be selected from the list available on the control panel. VacuFil 125 also has the in-built, internet-enabled SIM - therefore it can communicate with the KEMPER cloud-based portal. The user can therefore control the device operation in remote mode. Work analyses, filter wear and performance control also possible.
AirWatch 2.0 - another novelty by KEMPER. This device that allows you to control air quality inwelding halls. The innovative sensor is equipped with a special LED strip which informs about the air quality in the hall. In addition to the dust analyses it also measures nitrous oxides (NO), temperature, air humidity and carbon monoxide (CO) concentration. AirWatch is a connected device able to control other systems and therefore reduce operating costs. All measurement values are automatically saved in the cloud and therefore the data can be accessed from any place.
The upcoming Targi Kielce's Industrial Spring is held from 10 to 12 April 2018. Come and visit the KEMPER expo stand (D-22).
