TARGI KIELCE LECTURE SERIES CONTINUES

The Fashion for Kids expo is much more than interesting exhibition; the agenda also abounds with inspirational lectures complemented with the Influencers Zone and Designers Zone. One of the sessions was chaired by the certified business trainer from Wrocław

The second day of the Targi Kielce première expo was held under the banner ofinspirational meetings.  - Agnieszka Socha, specialist in small commercial companies management and logistics discussed the issues related to the clothes shop stock up.

- More product in a shop - does it translate to more money? When will you have something new?- these are the questions Agnieszka Socha began her lecture with.  -We buy new commodities believing that this will increase the sales. The optimal rotating products share is about 25% of the value of the entire stock in one month

Agnieszka Socha also told the participants what to do when sometimes one does not want to work. She also higlighted the difference between sellers' and the customers' perception of a clothes  shop.  The specialist also touched upon employment, price range of products as well as effective sales.

Agnieszka Socha boasts 19 years of sales experience. She offers trainings on warehouse management and budgeting, she is ready to repairs and give tools which trigger the changes. She is really passionate about adrenaline, parachuting, diving and calling a spade a spade.  

The Fashion For Kids - the B2B Clothes and Textiles Expo is almost over. The exhibition was not one of the largest, however it attracted many foreign exhibitors. Both visitors' and participants' feedback make us know that many of them established good business relations.
