5 2018 marks the enforcement of the Waste Management Act of 20 July 2018. The amendment has significantly changed the legal regulations regarding waste collection and processing. The Act introduces waste storage changes, includes the possibility to put business activity on halt and also imposes new duties on entrepreneurs - these new obligations are related to waste processing and collection.
Entities whose business profile encompasses waste collection and processing should observe the 12 months period to submit applications for the adjusted permits / permits, so as to comply with the Act. The lecture organized by the EKOTECH expo team is designed to discuss the most important changes introduced by the amendments.
