THE BIKE BUSINESS SECTOR'S GREAT GET-TOGETHER - THE KICK-OFF

The opening ceremony of the eighth KIELCE BIKE-EXPO has commenced the trade-show.  The function was attended by exhibitors, visitors and guests of honours.  The official commencement "The 8th International Fair of Bicycle Industry KIELCE BIKE-EXPO is hereby considered open" were pronounced by Mr. Ireneusz Raś – the Chairman of the Sejm Committee for Physical Culture and Sport.

This year's bicycle fairs staged in Kielce is the record-breaking event in many respects.  This year’s expo brings together 250 exhibitors from 12 countries from such countries as:  Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Pakistan, Poland, Slovakia, Taiwan, United Kingdom and Italy.  The exhibitors use 11,000 square meters, i.e. all 7 Kielce exhibition and congress centre exhibition halls  as the showcase for products and services.

Business meetings and the stars of cycling

 Cycling equipment producers and distributors find KIELCE BIKE-EXPO Central and Eastern Europe's most bicycle-industry trade-show.  Year after year the event has been gaining an increased, European-scale market recognition among industry-events.   The first two expo days are of B2B nature, the third day welcomes all cycling lovers.  The show features equipment première presentations. This is also the place to meet greatest stars of cycling.  The double Olympic games runner-up, gold medal winner in the World Championships MTB elite race and MTB marathon; the representative of Kross RacingTeam Tema Maja Włoszczowska from Kross Racing Team has confirmed her presence at the expo.

The expo programme with attractions galore.  KIELCE BIKE EXPO MARATHON, organized by Grabek Promotion is held for the consecutive time.  The first time, the exhibition has been complemented with the Kielce Expo Run and the TRI BIKE EXPO triathlon conference which features, inter alia: Marcin Konieczny, Kacper Adam and Kuba Wesołowski.  This year's expo will see a great novelty - meetings with extreme cycling-trips lovers.  The speakers list includes Valerian Romanowski the Guinness Book triple-record holder in uninterrupted cycling in extreme winter weather conditions, Dorota Chojnowska - a journalist and the author of the "What a Wonderful World" blog author  who single-handedly cycled over Iran.
