The third edition of the  Light Aviation Expo  hosts the special guest - Marcin Szamborski,  Public Relations specialist with a pilot license. Having escaped from the corporation he set up his own, passion fpr flying company based.   Today he is the owner of the thriving Salt Aviation company.  He fell in love with helicopters after the first ... parachute jump. Why does he find helicopters so fascinating?  Because they can take off freely from virtually any place.  Marcin finds aircraft boring ... they fly by themselves. The only thing that appeals to him is sky-high acrobatics.

A visit to 2011's Friedrichshafen air show proved to be a turning point in his career.  The contacts he established there resulted in Poland's return to the international helicopter competition arena.  For the needs of this discipline, the pilot and his three friends had to form a helicopter team at the Polish Aeroklub. He became the team instructor.  The competitions they started with was the World Championships, so they threw themselves into deep.

Marcin and his brother Michał are the sky-high dream team.  The team they started in parachuting competitions. They both love competition and have been very much into helicopter sport for many years.  In 2015, they jointly won silver laurels for Poland at the World Air Games in Dubai. They have recently competed in the FAI Helicopter World Cup - Helicopter Races 2 in the UK on 14-16 June 2018  and faced 14 crews from Great Britain, Russia, Germany and Poland. The Szamborski brothers and the two other Polish crews (Bartosz Kończalski and Sebastian Komosa, as well as Maria Muś and Jakub Malec) have notched up further successes. The Polish Helicopter Team  has proven what they are up to!  Marcin and Michał Szamborscy won as many as two gold medals; the Slalom and Fender competition.  Maria Muś and Jakub Malec won silver medal in the Slalom and bronze in Fender competition.
