THE TRI BIKE EXPO TRIATHLON CONFERENCE AT 2017'S KIELCE BIKE EXPO

Selection of the right equipment is an extremely important issue both for professionals
and amateurs

The triathlon phenomenon in the spotlight — the conference is held on 15 September within the scope of Poland's largest cycling-industry exhibition — Kielce Bike Expo.  The event program includes inspiring conversations and lectures delivered by specialists.  
The meeting will be moderated by Jakub Chyrczyk, the  Triathlon Magazine  and  bikeBoard  editor. Jakub will talk about how to choose a proper racing bike for the Ironman competitions.  Jakub is an active sportsman, passionate about mountain biking, a participant of numerous triathlons.

Natalia Grzebisz, a PhD. student also joins the conference, her professional interest encompass bike-riders’ neuroendocrinology and immunology. The conference participants will receive a large dose of knowledge on how to monitor professional and amateur cyclists’ predispositions.  The body composition (especially muscle and fat tissue) and performance parameters (and the methods to check parameters) will be thoroughly investigated.  Control and check-up is the key to knowledge on training’s impact on our body, the source of information for one to create a constructive plan. Appropriate check-up procedures can save not only time, but also boost your health. The author of the panel knows a lot about this - not doubt about it. Not only is she an enthusiast and participant of ski and cycling marathons, but she also a lecturer dietetics at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Wojtek Mazurkiewicz - the XTERRA Poland competition organiser will also make a presentation at the session.  A graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow, since 2010 he has been a triathlon and swimming coach.  Wojtek - an active participant of the XTERRA World Championships will familiarize two wheels fans with the cross triathlon specificity. The differences between the classic and XTERRA competitions as well as various editions organized in the world will be thoroughly discussed.

Tomasz Kubiak  - a sports camps organizer, blogger known also as Larry Zębatka believes that everything revolves around two wheels in his life. Larry will talk about his MTB passion.  The specific preparations and plans for the XTERRA World Championships will be in the limelight too. Larry is one of the best MTB racers in Poland’s history, and the first Pole to be a part of the Age Group in XTERRA competitions.
