The vocational education  development is one of the biggest challenges foreducationin Poland and other countries.  This education type need to keep pace with education developments  above first and foremost with the labour market changes.

Thus the Vocational Education in a Dual System conference held in Targi Kielce.  The event attended by Agata Wojtyszek, the Świętokrzyskie Voivode and the Świętokrzyskie Regional Chief Education Officer Kazimierz Mądzik.  The vocational training experiences at our neighbours will be shared by Michael Groß, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The topics list of the conference includes:  "Educational Challenges in the Context of Labour Market Changes," "Dual education systems - the role of employers in the dual education system " and " Information noise - how to absorb education contents effectively".
