Targi Kielce and Medium Group, publisher of the "Administrator" monthly which has been published for 25 years have created the event event solely devoted to real estate and property management. The first Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition held from 18 October in Targi Kielce. LOKUM EXPO is a complementary event to the fourth International Lifts Exhibition EURO-LIFT.
The event's agenda encompasses the conference on "An active market player - the housing co-operative in the capacity of investor and real estate manager" cut out for property managers in residential and commercial business sector. Awarding ceremony - the 7 Golden Cooperatives Rules contest is one of the points on the meeting's agenda.

7 GOLDEN RULES - guidance for cooperatives - how to implement cooperative values in to life. Cooperatives - unlike other ownership forms are voluntary organizations open for all that wish to use their services and at the same time ready to accept the cooperatives obligations.
According GOLDEN RULES, all the cooperative members enjoy equal rights. They are not discriminated on grounds of gender, social status, race, political or religious beliefs. Cooperatives are democratic organizations; bu the virtue of the law they are managed by members who actively participate in the cooperative policy establishment and decision making process. This co-decision process should result from the members' equal participation in the cooperative's assets.
According to the GOLDEN RULES, part of the property is owned by the cooperative. Surplus balance should be spent on: cooperatives development, the reserve fund increase and financing of other activities approved by the cooperative.
Cooperatives are autonomous organizations, managed by the members. When concluding agreements with other organizational units or increasing the cooperative capital through external financing sources, the rules of democratic management and independence should be provided for.
Moreover, the GOLDEN RULES instruct that cooperatives should ensure that their members, authorities elected representatives, employees and management enjoy the possibility to educate and train; this can effectively contribute to the cooperatives development.
The GOLDEN RULES oblige the cooperatives to work towards cooperative ideas strengthening through contacts with other co-operatives; not only on a local scale but also at the national and international arena. Cooperatives should take care of its members through development of cultural and educational activities.
