PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FORUM AT THE LOKUM EXPO

The two-day Property Management Forum was held at Targi Kielce - this is the eighth
edition of the meeting

On the first day of the Forum the participants had the chance to become familiar with the most topical issues related to the  housing cooperatives in the light of the government "Apartment Plus" programme as well as about  the cooperative tenancy rights to the premises rejuvenation.  Cooperative, a separate housing  community and property manager collaboration was discussed. Stricter regulations regarding the protection of personal data and regulations regarding  VAT were also among topics discussed.

The theme of the second day is “Real estate management is the value, risk and expectations management”.  The issues discussed today encompass  real estate value sustaining, funds to maintain the value of real estate with the support of  the EU funds as well as many other topical questions.

The  Targi Kielce  Forum organisers  also made sure that the Forum participants have the chance to talk about current eco-problems such as smog and energy-saving technologies used in old buildings and blocks of flats. http://www.targikielce.pl/
