THE 6TH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FORUM - HELD WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LOKUM EXPO 2016

VI Property Management Forum was held on 19 October 2016 in Targi Kielce

The Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition was staged in Kielce - its agenda encompassed VI Property Management Forum organized by the Media Group, the publisher of Administrator magazine. The Forum discussed a number of issues concerning  property management. The forum discussed the property management - legal and market standards; legal and technical requirements as well as factors significant for lifts long service-life and low operating costs

One of the solutions presented at the forum was a cutting-edge ADMIREO system - a fully mobile real estate services system distributed by Devcon. ADMIREO is designed for failure notifications, damage claim adjustment, maintenance and repairs, the community settlement and communication with flats owners. This system offers instant access from a mobile device, a tablet or a computer. Another theme discussed at the forum was energy efficiency improvement in buildings.

- In the case of heating costs and electricity, we can save up about 60 percent through energy saving schemes implemented in a building - explains Andrzej Rajkiewicz from the National Agency for Energy Conservation.
