Laureates will be presented at Targi Kielce's Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition

The Property Maintenance and Services Exhibition LOKUM EXPO is held in Targi Kielce from 18 to 20 October, this is the first time the International Lifts Exhibition EURO-LIFT is complemented with an accompanying event.  EURO LIFT is held already for the fourth time. LOKUM EXPO has first and foremost been designed as the showcase for property management sector, however its agenda also includes meetings and conferences targeted at property managers. The programme features the awarding ceremony  of the Administrator magazine Administrator24.info website laureates. Real Estate Market Leader - Manager of the Year. 

 The housings and tenants associations managers have established a good market position - despite the market deregulation the  "property manager" term has been universally used by the general public property-management business-insiders are doing well. Despite no legal obligation, through learning and self-development, the milieus have worked hard over the years to develop this favourable opinion.

 In order to express appreciation for the business-milieus values ​​and knowledge, the editors of the "Administrator" monthly and the Admonistrator24.info portal have resolved to hold the the competition for  Real Estate Market Leaders .

 The competition is open for all  managers ; the contest comprises the four categories:

•     small enterprises (up to 10 people)
•     medium enterprises (up to 25 people)
•     large companies (more than 25 people)
•     public-assets management.

At the VI Property Management Forum held on 19th October  the winners of the first competition edition will be announced.
